Social housing applications

You can fill out a social housing application form on this website. This will tell us about your situation and help us assess your housing needs and priority.

To access the form you will need to login or register. You'll find it on the My account page. If you need help, you can read our guide to applying.

 

Bidding on council homes

When your social housing application is approved, you can use this website to bid on council homes and housing association homes in Leeds.

Properties can be added to the Leeds Homes website any working day, between Monday and Friday. Each new property added will be available to bid on for 7 days. To get started, login or register.

This page will show any available new build social and affordable rented homes by Leeds City Council and partner housing providers.
